Statement

My research works is concentrated on modernization of traditional Uighur medicine. The studies mainly focus on: a) resources and chemistry of indigenous medicinal plants in arid zone and Central Asia; b) promotion of traditional Uyghur medicine and new drug development. Since 2010, more than 220 scientific articles were published in domestic and foreign academic journals, in which 138 papers were SCI or EI cited journals; 126 national patents were applied, in which 75 were licensed and 12 were put in practice; as a supervisor, 26 Ph. D students and 35 postgraduate students were educated and graduated. I've been supported by National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars by National Natural Science Foundation of China.
