Born in 1950, advisor of Ph.D. student, leading professor of materials physics and chemistry, engaged in the research of semiconductor radiation physics for a long time．
Successively undertook more than 20 projects, such as national 863 programs, national space science and technology research in advance, basic research focus of CAS….
Successively got a first prize for “national scientific and technological progress”, a first, two second and two third prizes for “CAS scientific and technological progress”, two second and one third prizes for “Xinjiang scientific and technological progress”．
Published more than 70 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and conferences, four of which got “Prize for Xinjiang excellent essays”．
Now as director of XJIPC, Director of materials physics and chemistry laboratory, chairman of Degree Appraisal Committee of XJIPC, trustee of Chinese nuclear society, board chairperson of Xinjiang nuclear society．
